the Body, the Heart, the Mind and the Spirit.
Using the breath as our guide we become more aware
of the body sensations and how they inform us.

Impermanence is at the root of all that is,
and a lot of suffering results from "less than conscious"
choices, beliefs and behaviors.
With this awareness we can practice to adjust our
mind and body positions consciously
and evolve wisely.
